Greenside Place, Edinburgh
After remaining an unsightly gap site for many years, various mixed used developments were conceived but deemed not of suitable quality within the newly establushed World Heritage Site. A design competition was then undertaken and the winning scheme now combines a high quality contemporary design of office space, leisure facilities, retail units, carparking and integrated civic space which relates to the form of this part of Edinburgh city centre.
