Fibre Ethernet
Fibre Ethernet is the ultimate form of internet access with speeds of up to 1Gb/s possible in both directions. Service is delivered over fibre optic cable and is routed from the end user into the Scotnet ‘cloud’ network. This service can be used as direct Internet access or as part of a Wide Area Network connecting multiple sites together.
All services delivered have guaranteed performance and are supplied with a fully managed Cisco router.
Pricing of Fibre Ethernet services is based on a combination of the speed required together with the client’s distance from the nearest fibre node.
