Wester Ross Broadband was created from the network formerly known as Highland Community Broadband. In May 2026 Scotnet bought the HCB network and has been upgraded and expanding the services and coverage.
The network originates in Ullapool and covers a large area including Loch Broom, Little Loch Broom, Achiltibuie and the surrounding areas from Elphin in the North East to Mellon Udrigle in the West.
We offer packages suitable for both home and business users, using direct line-of-sight radios to connect customers back to our mast network.
