Islay Broadband was set-up in 2019 to address the issues of poor quality broadband across much of the island.
A network of masts extends from Port Ellen in the South up to Kilchiaran, Glenegedale and around the North and West. We offer service to most premises outwith the main towns and villages via our radio network, and to everybody else via Openreach lines.
We offer packages suitable for both home and business users, using direct line-of-sight radios to connect customers back to our mast network.

All packages have a standard installation charge of £330, however a grant subsidy may be available -
