Scotnet Express is a direct replacement solution to a conventional analogue landline.
This service can be delivered with a new phone number, or you can transfer (port) your current landline number to us at no additional charge.
The service costs £12/month including VAT, and calls to UK mobiles and UK geographical landlines are included free of charge.
As part of a new 24 month contract, the service is managed online via our dedicated customer portal and "My Voice" app. You can choose from the following hardware options:
Cisco ATA Adaptor
This high-quality Cisco adaptor allows you to use your existing analogue handsets, converted to use the digital phone service. This is ideal for users with multiple handsets and existing handsets. Note that analogue handset you use must be mains powered. This option has a one-off hardware purchase fee of £30 as part of a 24 month contract.
Yealink T31G
A corded desktop handset with LCD display. This device plugs directly into your router/LAN and is delivered pre-configured. This phone is provided free of charge as part of a 24 month contract.
Yealink W73P
A cordless or 'dect' phone solution which allows you move around your home or office. This option has a one-off hardware purchase fee of £30 as part of a 24 month contract.

- Voicemail - setup a bespoke voicemail service and receive messages.
- Contact List - Create and access your own personal phonebook.
- Smartphone app - make & receive calls on your smartphone when you're away from your desk phone (Wifi/4G required).
- Anonymous call rejection - choose to reject calls from withheld numbers.
- Call forwarding - divert calls to another number when you're not available.
- Do not disturb - automatically reject calls when you're too busy to answer.
- Hold - place calls on hold when required.
- Conferencing - add another caller to the call for a multi-way conference.
