This is a CMD CQD-200/TM. It is a Q-Bus MSCP / TMSCP controller for SCSI disk and tape drives.
The odd 27256 firmware EPROM on the right is version F200Y1A8C.
The even 27256 firmware EPROM on the left is version F200Y2A8C.
The disk and tape CSR decode GAL20V8 is version P20010A.
Screened on the back of the PCB are the following markings:
PCB PCF-B200-00 REV.C00 CMD TECHNOLOGY INC. CQD-200 REV.C
MADE IN USA (C) 1987 A/W PCX-200-00 REV.C00   This is an MTI QTS-30 REV B. It is a Q-Bus TMSCP controller for SCSI tape drives.
The odd 27256 firmware EPROM on the right is version F200T1C6B.
The even 27256 firmware EPROM on the left is version F200T2C6B.
The tape CSR decode PLUS173BN is version P20012C.
Screened on the back of the PCB are the following markings:
PCB PCF-B200-00 REV.C00 CQD-200 REV.C
MADE IN USA (C) 1987 A/W PCX-200-00 REV.C00
The PCB screening appears identical to the CMD CQD-200/TM except for the absence of "CMD TECHNOLOGY INC." and the CMD logo. The rest of the board appears identical to the CMD CQD-200/TM except for the firmware EPROMs and CSR decode PAL.
If the firmware EPROMs and CSR decode PAL are replaced with CMD CQD-200/TM versions the MTI QTS-30 appears to function the same as the CMD CQD-200/TM.
